Business trips on the rise

Business trips on the rise
By admin

Business travellers are expecting to make eight trips in the second half of the year, three more than the same period last year, a new survey has shown.

The findings were contained in the 2012 Accor Asia Pacific Business Traveller Survey which attracted almost 2,600 respondents.

It also found that Australians and Kiwis are more ethical than their counterparts in other markets with only 11% of saying they would extend a business trip for a holiday and only 15% admitting they had taken a partner on a work trip.

We’re also reluctant to use the corporate credit card for “ancillary” services such as the mini bar, spa treatments and in-house movies.
