This is not your ordinary BDM role. You will be working with a young, dynamic and forward-thinking team that rely on the dedication and passion of its individual tribe members. You will need to love working autonomously, but be a master at networking, with existing strong relationships with the luxury retail sector. This job is yours to make amazing!

• Travel between Perth / Gold Coast / Sydney / Melbourne / New Zealand and Resorts (based in Sydney).
• Drive and develop agent enquiry and bookings for our suite of clients.
• You will need brilliant existing relationships with industry contacts, especially luxury retailers.
• Build & maintain strong relationships with luxury travel retail and wholesale partners.
• Conduct training sessions on our Resorts with all retail and wholesale partners.
• Curate and execute unique, cool events on behalf of our young team and world-leading clients.
• Attend professional events relevant to the Resorts & Tourism Boards, which will involve presenting to groups and rooms of VIP industry contacts.
• Create amazing content for the brand on the road and be comfortable taking agents for coffee, wine, networking etc.
• Seek out marketing and partnership opportunities with all key travel brands on the road.
• Conduct professional client meetings.
• Maintain consistent activity reporting for each meeting and activity.
• Be comfortable being the ‘hype-person’ for WRD and the brands we represent.
• Increase the level of sales and business mix for individual clients, maximising on every opportunity across all markets – make sure the agents are booking our Resorts.
• Be driven by a need to better the planet, and understand that our company policy and morals thrive on being carbon neutral and ensuring that sustainability is the main touch point in presentations.
• Weekly online meetings and updates with Head Office team and Account Directors.
• Regular (quarterly, if not more) in person meetings with CEO and Account Directors whether in Sydney or Gold Coast.
