Which brands do Aussie women love most?

In honour of the International Women’s Day this week, YouGov BrandIndex has gifted us with a list of the brands Aussie women have the best feelings about.

Among the top 10, Qantas gets a look in, scoring third place in Women’s Impression Scores in Australia, beating the likes of Coles and Bunnings.

Given women hold the bulk of the spending power of any given household (sorry fellas), it makes sense the list is dominated by retail brands, with four of the top ten coming from this industry.

However, internet brands also come strong in Aussie women’s mind, with Google ranked first and YouTube ranked number seven.

The rankings are calculated by measuring Impression Scores on each brand among the female respondents for the twelve-month period through January 2017.

Impression scores for the brands are measured by asking, “Do you have a general positive or negative feeling about the brand?” and were filtered for female adults who are 18 or above.
