WATCH: TTC celebrates 100 years

The Travel Corporation (TTC) is celebrating its centenary with a special campaign designed to celebrate ‘memorable moments’.

Founded in August 1920, the group of 42 brands began in a small South African fishing village called Paternoster, where Stanley Tollman’s father Solomon Tollman owned small hotel which still exists today.

Each month this year, TTC will highlight its milestone with personal stories and sharable video content from its family, team members, guests and partners across the globe. Team members will also be participating in giving back through TTC’s CSR initiatives and the company’s not-for-profit foundation, TreadRight’s sustainable travel projects.

“For the past century, we are grateful for the strong sense of trust we have developed with our loyal travel advisors, travellers and guests, by being driven by service and delivering truly immersive experiences and extraordinary holidays,” said Brett Tollman, chief executive of TTC.

“We are continuing to innovate into the next century with our digital transformation and creating personalised, life-changing journeys for our valued guests.”

To kick off the new decade, each TTC team member has shared their personal 2020 #TTCTop10 travel bucket lists to highlight their favourite destinations and TTC journeys. You can check them out here.
