TravelManagers made the shortest month of the year all the more worthwhile, reaching record sales this February.
The month’s record goes hand in hand with their fifteenth consecutive month of growth.
TravelManagers’ Executive general manager, Michael Gazal, was not surprised with the sales result, “We’ve been recording steady growth month after month, and this result just tops off that success,” he said.
TravelManagers’ results reflect new trends in customer spending preferences. Self-drive car hire increased by 57 per cent, while hotel accommodation increased by 27 percent.
Gazal also said that there has been an increase in niche markets like Africa and South America due to higher investments in famils and product knowledge for personal travel managers.
