Tower Travel Management and Tramada Systems today announced the completion of the rollout of tramada, the cloud-based agency automation software from Tramada Systems, to Tower.

The implementation of tramada provides Tower with an industry-leading travel management platform that supports agency growth by improving efficiencies and enhancing productivity. This allows agents more time to focus on customer service while providing management rich business intelligence in real-time to improve agency bottom-line.

“The tramada system is already delivering on its promise to enhance agent productivity,” said Tower President and CEO, John Smith.

“Not only has the software made our business processes more productive and efficient overall, it has freed our agents from many manual, repetitive tasks and allowed them to better focus on providing exceptional service to clients. The real-time operational reports are providing such valuable insights which alone will save us significant time and ultimately help with improving our client satisfaction index.”

Mike Foster, Tower’s Vice President and General Manager, stated, “The dedication and support of the Tramada Systems team during our implementation phase has been nothing short of sensational. They have a wide range of tools to assist with the adoption of their technology and incredible local resources who were on site to ensure our success.”

Tramada Systems has begun working with several clients in the U.S. since the expansion of the company into North America in June 2017.

Regarding these clients, Tramada Systems’ Head of North America Mary Ellen George said, “Feedback has been universally positive regarding the efficiencies gained using tramada. Clients have reported cleaner, more robust data that has led to better insights that benefit clients, as well as increased agent satisfaction via greater visibility into client and trip data. This access to real-time information across the whole business and efficiencies gained in client profile management are making a big impact as we build momentum and continue to grow here in the U.S.”

Tower is the first client to complete implementation of tramada in the U.S. The agency signed on soon after the launch of the North American division of Tramada Systems.

Tramada Systems CEO Jo O’Brien stated, “Tower has been a dream launch client for us in the North American market. They are a forward-thinking, technology-savvy business with an unwavering commitment to excellence. They have been wonderful to work with and we are delighted that they have chosen to partner with us.”
