Hyatt Regency Sydney celebrated its official launch party last week in the stunning Grand ballroom overlooking Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

The launch event showcased dynamic live cooking stations featuring freshly shucked Oysters, French Champagne, seafood and dessert delights prepared by Hyatt Regency Sydney’s Chefs.

Guests were treated to a stunning light and laser projection show along with entertainment led by MC, singer and radio personality, David Campbell backed by The Gerard Masters Band. Guests were enthralled by Arial artists, Debonair, followed by a stunning dessert reveal served in a VW Kombi van.

The 1000 seat Grand Ballroom played host to 300 guests from Government including The NSW Minister for Planning, Honorable Anthony Roberts, The NSW Minister for Land and Forestry, Honorable Peter Toole, Destination NSW CEO, Sandra Chipchase and local and international Press, Media and Corporate partners around Australia.

Speaking and in attendance was Hyatt’s CEO and President, Mark Hoplamazian.
