Struggling with where to spend Christmas this year? Singapore’s Changi Airport is getting our vote.

Why? Because as of last week, there’s a wizarding world there – and we’re super duper excited about it.

Just leave us there over the whole of the holidays, actually.

From the 16 November 2018 to mid-February 2019, if you’re at Changi Airport, you’ll be able to embark on a journey inspired by J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts stories and films series and experience the airport’s annual festive campaign.

A young fan entralled by the snow at a wintry Hogsmeade Village-inspired setup at Terminal 3 Departure Hall

In this first-of-its-kind collab with Warner Bros., you can explore a magnificent recreation of Hogsmeade Village, dress up as a wizard, learn how to cast a spell, and practice their Quidditch skills at A Wizarding World Holiday at Changi.

Sign us the hell up.

Four captivating, life-sized setups are spread across Changi Airport’s three terminals, all inspired by some of the most iconic locations seen in the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films such as Hogsmeade Village, Diagon Alley, the Whomping Willow found on the grounds at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and Newt Scamander’s Menagerie as seen in the new film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, which just opened in theatres.

In Terminal 3, you’ll find a wintry Hogsmeade Village. This breath-taking large-scale setup at T3’s Departure Hall depicts the picturesque town with snowy rooftops set against the backdrop of the grand Hogwarts castle seen in the distance. Look out for replicas of the town’s most well-known shops like Zonko’s Joke Shop, Madam Puddifoot’s Tea Shop, Owl Post and sweet shop Honeydukes. There’s even a recreation of the iconic Hogwarts Express train!

You can also find Diagon Alley in T3. You can dress up in wizard clothes and learn how to cast a spell at the Wand Challenge. You can even try your hand at Quidditch!

In Terminal 2, there’s an extremely rare replica of the Whomping Willow in the Departure Hall, complete with the Weasley’s infamous flying car wedged in between its branches.

Fans get a rare chance to capture a photo of a Whomping Willow, just like the one planted in Hogwarts’ grounds

And in Terminal 1, you’ll find a bunch of creatures from the Fantastic Beasts series! Pro tip: follow the shiny objects to spot them.

Now, if you’ll excuse us, we have a flight to Singapore to book.
