Register to find out why Ireland Rocks

Tourism Ireland’s is heading to Australia and New Zealand this November for the biannual trade workshops, Ireland Rocks.

The sales mission, which takes place 14-21 November, kicks off in Auckland, and will visit Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.  Tourism Ireland will be welcoming a select group of thirteen delegates who represent a full range of tourism experiences in Ireland to take part in the Sales Mission.

Now is the time for agents to learn all they can about Ireland as Australia & New Zealand have seen phenomenal growth in the last number of years, with potential for huge growth in the future.

Grammy nominated artist, former INXS frontman and Derry native Ciaran Gribbin will be on hand to ensure a fun and entertaining evening at each of the workshops.  Ciaran has worked alongside world class artists including Madonna, Paul McCartney, Crowded House, U2, Snow Patrol, The Script and Al Pacino.

Tourism Ireland’s Manager Australia and New Zealand, Sofia Hansson, said the sales mission is a key element of our promotional programme in Australia and New Zealand.

“We will be highlighting a number of key themes at our workshops in each city – including the Wild Atlantic Way, Causeway Coastal Route and Ireland’s Ancient East.  The ‘Ireland Rocks’ workshops will provide a unique opportunity for travel consultants to learn more about this captivating destination in a fun, engaging and inspiring way,” Hansson added.

All consultants who attend will have an exciting opportunity to earn a place on a familiarisation trip to Ireland in 2017 with airline partner Emirates at each event.

Don’t miss out on an evening of music, food, fun and prizes.
