Qatar Airways celebrates resuming services to Venice, Italy

    Qatar Airways has announced the resumption of flights to Venice, as part of the airline’s 2024 network expansion plans, which include bolstering its existing Milan and Rome destinations.

    “As we enter the summer season, we are excited to resume our daily service to Venice,” Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, Thierry Antinori, said. “Italy is a key market for Qatar Airways, and we are committed to providing our passengers with more travel opportunities and seamless connections to explore this wonderful country.

    “In addition to Venice, Qatar Airways already serves two other major Italian cities, Rome and Milan. These flights have been incredibly popular among our passengers, and we are thrilled to expand our Italian offerings with the inclusion of Venice, through our world-class award-winning hub in Doha, Hamad International Airport.”

    The airline won the World’s Best Business Class award for the 10th time at the 2023 World Airline Awards. They also won World’s Best Airport in 2021, 2022 and 2024 as voted by Skytrax.

    The new daily flights to Venice will operate using Qatar Airways’ modern fleet, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers with the following schedule:

    • Doha (DOH) to Venice (VCE) – departs 09:00 and arrives 14:20
    • Venice (VCE) to Doha (DOH) – departs 16:50 and arrives 23:10
