Popular NSW tourist attractions make the cut on The Bachelorette Australia

Two well-known tourist attractions in NSW have scored themselves a romantic little feature on The Bachelorette Australia this week.

The Blue Mountains was the location of Elly Miles’ date with suitor Frazer Sow on Wednesday night’s episode of the Network 10 reality TV show, with Scenic World’s ‘Skyway’ cable car suspending them 200 metres above the valley floor.

Scenic World managing director Anthea Hammon said the national exposure was a big win for Blue Mountains tourism.

“It has been a tumultuous year for the Blue Mountains – from bushfires to floods and a global pandemic,” she said.

“This is a unique opportunity to showcase the Blue Mountains’ world-class landscapes in a new light and encourage visitors to reignite their affinity for our region.”

Then on Thursday’s night episode of The Bachelorette, Elly’s sister Becky made her way up the Sydney Harbour Bridge with potential male match Pete Mann, courtesy of BridgeClimb Sydney, to enjoy an exclusive performance by Aussie singer Starley.

And, given the adventurous spirit of both bachelorettes, you can expect a few more Aussie tourist destinations and attractions to be featured on the reality TV show this season.
