Ensemble Travel Group opens its arms to Aussie agents

International travel consortium Ensemble Travel Group has confirmed it is ready to start signing new members to its fledgling Australia and New Zealand network with immediate effect.

The company kicked off its campaign to recruit new members at the Sydney Opera House last night, with its global expansion following a significant investment in time and resources to develop products and services that specifically cater to the local market.

Senior vice president and general manager of Ensemble in ANZ Trish Shepherd highlighted an “exceptional roster” of preferred suppliers.

“We are thrilled to have the support of so many premium suppliers to launch in this region – airlines, hotels, cruise, tour and land operators all delivering extraordinary benefits to our members,” she said.

“I think it speaks volumes about the quality of the Ensemble offering that so many regional suppliers are willing to work with us in these early days.”

Ensemble’s “extensive” presence in North America has helped the company make inroads in the ANZ market, with local agencies that join the network to have access to its preferred supplier partnerships from around the globe, according to co-president Lindsay Pearlman.

“The breadth and depth of our supplier program is extensive,” he said.

“Couple that with our strong relationships locally and globally, and we can deliver incredible value and real alternatives that drive sales and profits for our members.”

Pearlman promised that Ensemble will pursue “forward thinking” agencies and identified luxury agents as a particularly good fit for the group thanks to its “exclusive” offerings and supplier partnerships.
