What are you listening to?

My Spotify playlist called ‘Shine a light’ – it’s all of the songs that make me feel happy and light!

What are you cooking?

I do have a bit of a sweet tooth. so I love baking chocolate cakes – mostly for the batter.

How are you staying fit both physically and mentally?

I am lucky enough to have a creek at the back of my house and I often head down there with my partner and my dog. We usually spend some time fishing in the creek, or I will sit and read while they play.

What’s the one thing keeping you sane?

Trying to keep a routine as much as possible and reaching out to my friends with a video chat every week.

What’s something positive you’ve witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?

I have witnessed the compassion my community has for one another. Reaching out to those in need and ensuring everyone is looked after.

What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?

I have learned what is important and the differences between need and want.

What’s your advice for others in the travel industry on coping with the crisis?

Reach out for help. You are not alone – together, we will get through this.
