What are you reading?
Sadly, headline news from as many continents as I can.
What are you watching?
Endeavour, a British detective series. I am hooked!
What are you listening to?
My kids’ Spotify playlists.
What are you cooking?
Oatmeal raisin cookies.
How are you staying fit both physically and mentally?
Trying to keep up with my two kids, as they run every day.
What’s the one thing keeping you sane?
The fact that my family is all safe and well, and despite everything, this is precious time altogether.
What’s something positive you’ve witnessed or experienced since the coronavirus hit?
Incredible team spirit. I am so proud of all of Brand USA’s global teams. They have stepped up so incredibly to work with the global trade community, and to adopt fun, creative, educational ways of inspiring agents across the world to learn more about the US.
What have you learned about yourself amid the crisis?
Be creative, keep positive, work hard, and be kind to yourself.
What’s your advice for others in the travel industry on coping with the crisis?
This too shall pass. The travel industry will adjust and reinvent itself as we must, but people will travel again – we have to believe that.
