Excite kicks off NT campaign with Priscilla-themed party

Excite celebrated the 25th anniversary of iconic Aussie film The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert with a bang, taking agents along for the ride.

Excite Holidays-30

40 key Excite agents were taken on a colourful journey of Australia’s beautiful Northern Territory, Priscilla style.

Held at the Queensland Museum, agents were treated to a special welcome to country by Ashley Ruska from the Nunukul Yuggera Aboriginal Dance Company, followed by a live drag show by  Brisbane’s best Queens, Vollie LaVonte, Miss Poodle and Solar Flair.

Lots of dancing to celebrate!

The event kicked off the wholesaler’s latest campaign which saw them partner up with Tourism NT.

Starting from today (January 21) until March 3, the campaign and featured destination guide showcase a range of road trip itineraries across the NT, including the Red Centre, Top End, Katherine and Tennant Creek regions.

Agents had their makeup done in the spirit of Priscilla!

To download the guide, go here.

PLUS agents can head to Excite Holidays’ Facebook page each day and answer NT-themed questions to win great daily prizes and will earn 500 bonus rewards points for every night booked in the NT during the campaign period.
