DriveAway has announced that managing director Chris Hamill will leave the company after 11 years in the role.

Hamill joined DriveAway in 1992 as a reservations consultant, and after a lengthy stint in the self-drive arena, has decided to take some much-needed time to spend with his family.
Hamill will finish up at DriveAway on 23 December, with general manager Charlie Youssef to lead the company from 4 January 2021.
“With both his IT and marketing backgrounds, Charlie is well-positioned to take DriveAway forward post-COVID,” the company said in a statement.
