Corporate Travel Management’s Australia & New Zealand ceo Laura Ruffles has been appointed to a newly created global role of global chief operating officer.

In the new role Ruffles will oversee CTM’s operations across four continents.

“Laura has an exceptional track record in leading CTM’s Australia and New Zealand region on a journey of continued growth and high performance,” Mr Pherous said.

“In taking on these extra responsibilities, she will be well placed to translate that success on a global scale.”
