Brunch at Hakkasan arrives at Atlantis, the Palm
The award-winning Cantonese restaurant created by the Hakkasan Group, will officially open its doors this weekend, for Dubai’s most sophisticated yet entertaining brunch experience yet. Already established as a leading destination for modern Cantonese cuisine in the city, Brunch at Hakkasan, will feature signature favourites every Friday from 12.30pm-4pm with packages starting from AED 328 (approximately $125 AUD).
Upon arrival, brunch-goers will be welcomed with a signature Hakkasan cocktail, before sitting down to enjoy a selection of delectable bite-size dim sum dishes including the lobster har gua, baked venison puff and the barbecue chicken bun. This will be followed by the Hakkasan signature Peking duck as well as the celebrated crispy duck salad and stir-fried vegetable and pine-nut lettuce wraps.
Guests will then be invited to choose one main course from the brunch menu, which features a number of house favourites including the wok-fried beef rib eye with chilli and cashew nuts, served inside a fried golden rice nest, the black cod with XO sauce or the wok-seared tiger prawns served with lemongrass and chilli. The dining experience will end with the Chef’s selection of desserts.
