It’s our latest Aloha Friday wrap! But on this tropical day, we’re having a hard time telling Sydney and Hawaii apart. Except we wouldn’t have to work in Hawaii.
Hawaii Mega Famil
This week, Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania and Hawaiian Airlines sent 52 Australian and New Zealand travel agents on the Experience Aloha Hawai‘i Mega Famil to the islands of Kaua‘i, Maui, O‘ahu and the Island of Hawai‘i.
The agents travelling on the four-day island adventure experienced some of the best of what Hawai‘i has to offer with each island itinerary carefully crafted to highlight its distinct environment.
Jetting off on 27 October 2018, the agents flew internationally and to neighbour islands with Hawaiian Airlines, enjoying four nights’ accommodation at a range of Hawaiian resorts and hotels. Taking part in an array of interesting and exciting Hawaiian experiences, the agents were treated to an unforgettable itinerary.

72 Hour Hawaii Sale – last day!

Kei Nishikori and Garbine Muguruza coming to Honolulu
Tickets went on sale Friday, Aug. 24, for the Hawaii Open, presented by the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
The tournament will include top-ranked tennis talent from the ATP and WTA tours, with six male and six female players including Kei Nishikori and two-time Grand Slam champion Garbine Muguruza.
Three rounds of single-elimination matches will be played over three days in a best two-out-of-three set format. Third sets will be played as a tie-break with the first to 10 points declared the winner.

Hawaiian Airlines introduces more Special Meals
Effective 1 October 2018, Hawaiian Airlines has expanded their International special meals to now include Vegan (VGML) and Gluten Free (GFML) offerings in Main Cabin on all International Flights (excluding American Samoa and Tahiti).
This is in addition to the Vegetarian/Lacto Ovo (VLML) and Child (CHML) meal options that are already offered. Special meal orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to departure, and the request can be entered directly into the booking as an SSR entry or by calling Hawaiian Airlines reservations on 1300 661 339.

Hawaiian Legacy Forest at Gunstock Ranch offers guests an opportunity to plant a legacy monarch milo tree on acreage overlooking O‘ahu’s North Shore and personalize their tree planting adventure any way they wish, all while taking in sweeping views of the coastline.
