“Absolute game-changer”: Tour Atlas unveils white-label search engine for agents

Tour Atlas has been keeping busy during lockdown, launching a new white-label tour search engine for agents.

The travel tech company created Go Touring to give agencies control over the content on their search engine.

Agencies can choose their brands from the Tour Atlas database of over 50 suppliers, and also add their own brands and tours using Tour Atlas’ API technology.

Tour Atlas co-founder Alex Obleshchuk said: “We believe that this is an absolute game-changer for the future of travel businesses.”

“For the first time, agencies big or small can create a tour search engine that is suited to their client base. This means there won’t be generic look-alike touring content on every agency website”

Go Touring runs on the same premise as Tour Atlas’ agent platform, where travel agents connect with the suppliers to book direct, which means agencies keep 100 per cent of their hard-earned commission on booked tours.

The new search engine is easy and quick to install and offers options for logos, headers, footers and colour schemes included in the subscription cost.

“With most of us spending 20 per cent more time online since lockdown, and 50 per cent of Baby Boomers visiting four to nine websites when researching travel and spending an average of 27 hours per week online researching travel, improving websites and going digital is vital for travel businesses in the new post-COVID-19 era,” Obleshchuk said.
