Abercrombie & Kent launches dreamy new domestic itineraries

Abercrombie & Kent (A&K) has launched two new domestic trips showcasing Queensland and the Northern Territory.

Adding to its air safari collection, the luxe travel brand has launched a new 10-day journey by privately chartered aircraft from Brisbane through the Queensland Outback to Hayman Island, and returning to Brisbane.

The trip will take no more than eight travellers through the outback from Quilpie and Winton to Longreach and Mount Mulligan, dining in traditional pubs and on homestead verandahs with gidgee fires burning and mulga scrub beyond.

A&K has also added an 11-day Top End-to-Uluru adventure through the Northern Territory, starting with an in-depth exploration of Darwin including all the major sights from historic Fanny Bay Gaol and Government House to the Botanical Gardens and the idyllic waterfront.

The trip will also include a visit to Davidson’s Safari Lodge at Mt Borradaile, and Bamurru Plains for a luxury glamping experience, featuring a swathe of activities from wetland airboat trips, river cruises and quad bike safaris before a charter flight flying south for a luxury tour of the Red Centre.
