United Airlines recently hosted around 50 of Australia’s key travel agency owners and managers to its annual recognition dinner, held at the iconic Dunbar House in Watsons Bay.

In attendance was United managing director, Matt Miller, who hosted the event with support from United’s director of Australia and New Zealand, Alison Espley.

During the dinner, the airline announced the exciting news that they would be introducing nonstop flights between Melbourne and its hub at Los Angele International Airport effective from October 28. It will service this new route with a state of the art Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft – its first international deployment of the aircraft.
