Singapore Airlines has announced changes to its Australian management team.

Greg McJarrow will become manager NSW/ACT and Jacki D'Antonio will take over McJarrow's previous role as Queensland manager.

Alex Ng began the role of manager Western Australia while previous NSW/ACT manager James Dunne left the company last month.

 

Express Tickets has upgraded their ticketing platform to operate self management and fare comparison more efficiently.

"We have a new ticketing activity dashboard with integrated calendar which gives consultants instant access to their own ticketing activity, ticket status as well as refund, voiding and reissue functionality and current fare news within a single display," Express Ticketing general manager Ari Magoutis said.

 

SilkAir has announced flights to Hangzhou four times a week from June 27 this year.

Hangzhou is the airline's eighth destination in China and the service will operate on Airbus A319 and A320.

“The launch of services to Hangzhou, reaffirms SilkAir’s commitment to continue to grow our network in China, which is one of our key markets,” SilkAir chief executive Leslie Thng said.

 

Travel Indochina has announced a $50 Coles Myer gift card incentive for bookings made and deposits paud in April and May for small group journeys from now until the end of October.

“With all the benefits of Travel Indochina’s style of Small Group Journey travel, including 100% guaranteed departures, a maximum of 16 travellers on each Small Group Journey and Insider Experiences, this is a very sweet deal,” Travel Indochina managing director Paul Hole said.
