Midweek interview with Bridgit Little, Travel Agent at Globenet Travel QLD
By admin

The challenge for the industry is… Educating the consumer on the role of a travel agent in terms of the unrivaled skills and expertise we bring to their holiday planning.

The things I like about my job are… All the people I meet and the places I’ve seen.

And the frustrations… Travel envy.

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a… Psychologist.

Qantas or Virgin? Qantas.

My proudest moment was… Aw, winning Rookie of course!

The naughtiest thing I ever did was… Sneak into a concert without a ticket.

I try to relax by… Getting out of the city and heading to the beach with friends.

The last time I feared for my life… Driving as a passenger with my friend Sophie.

If I can, I always try to avoid… see above.

I really wish I had… a glass of wine and a pet orangutan.

The best advice I’ve ever received was… Just be yourself (clich√©, but effective).

I don’t understand why… Bed is never more comfortable than it is at 6am.

My greatest weakness is… Early mornings.

And my greatest strength… I’d like to think I’m pretty down to Earth.

If I was prime minister I would… Legalise Gay Marriage.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would… Chase summer around the Globe.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… David Attenborough in his prime.

I’ve always wanted to travel to… /around South America.

My favourite holiday was… Club Med Mauritius.
