The challenge for the industry is… for Australia, increasing domestic tourism and inspiring Australians to get out and explore their own backyard.

The things I like about my job are… the flexibility. Although I work twice as many hours now, coming from a corporate background, I really appreciate the ability to make my own hours and decisions.

And the frustrations… no one to blame when something goes wrong.

If I didn’t work in travel I would be a…Penguin keeper at the zoo.

Qantas or Virgin? Qantas!

My proudest moment was… seeing my first business earn its very first dollar. We sent our first customer a case of wine we were so excited.

The naughtiest thing I ever did was… I reserve the right not to answer this one.

I try to relax by… taking a walk along the coast from Coogee to Bronte. It’s such a beautiful part of Sydney.

The last time I feared for my life… Driving a tuk-tuk 4,500km across India! Between the pot holes and complete lack of road rules, it certainly makes for an interesting drive.

If I can, I always try to avoid… queues. I’m not the most patient person.

I really wish I had… better geographical awareness. Quite ironic given that I own a travel company. Nothing like on the job training.

The best advice I’ve ever received was… learn to delegate, you can’t do everything by yourself.

I don’t understand why… people wear leggings as pants. They are not pants!

My greatest weakness is…. peanut butter. I’ve had to ban it from the house.

And my greatest strength… my adventurous nature. I love a challenge and trying new things whenever possible.

If I was prime minister I would… quit.

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would… shop. A lot.

If I could be someone else for one day I would be… Channing Tatum's wife.

I’ve always wanted to travel to… Morocco

My favourite holiday was… diving in the Cayman Islands!
