Excite gets agent-friendly

Excite gets agent-friendly
By admin

Excite Holidays has announced the introduction of its latest new global customer service portal, which has been designed with travel agents in mind.

Launched on November 26, the service aims to provide a streamlined resolution process between the company and its consultants, with an easy to use, mobile friendly format to keep track of requests wherever they are.

A key advantage to the nifty little tool is that consultants will no longer have to search through their inbox and sent items to view entire correspondence for each issue – it will now be found in the one place.

The implementation of this new service is the latest development by Excite Holidays which aims to provide travel consultants with the most efficient and agent-focussed booking system in the market.

“We’ve listened to what our travel agents had to say and have designed a customer service portal capable of resolving issues as quickly as possible,” director of sales and marketing Joe Karbo said.

“However, as always, we will still be offering our agency support phone line 24-hours a day, seven days a week.”
