19 months till Schoolies 2016, and they’re counting

Booking schoolies is one task 2016 year twelves will not be leaving til the night before.

Schoolies.com has announced the official opening of bookings for 2016, beginning the 19 month frenzy of planning and booking for current year eleven students.

With a $100 deposit being all that is required to secure bookings for most destinations, and the balance not being required until September next year, the most popular locations are expected to sell-out quickly,according to schoolies.com CEO Matt Lloyd.

According to the end-of-school holiday company, the original locations will be popular as ever, warranting the addition of Cairns as a new destination. Prices at Gilligan’s Resort in Cairns start at $254 including a seven night party package.

Schoolies.com has 2016 holidays from $179 per person for seven nights, with all bookings including comprehensive security and schoolies.com properties, 24 hour helpline for parents and students, official schoolies.com photo ID and access to exclusive supervised parties.

30,000 high school graduates are expected to hit the Gold Coast alone in 2015.
