Finnair will fly to eight new destinations during its 2006 summer schedule including Nagoya, Japan.
Nagoya is Finnair’s third scheduled destination in Japan and the ninth in Asia.
The other new routes include Pisa, Edinburgh, Geneva, Kiev and Dublin.
From mid-May the airline’s Bangkok stopover will be dropped from the Helsinki to Hong Kong route and a sixth weekly Helsinki to Osaka service will operate from July to October.
During the same period flights to Shanghai will be stepped up to daily frequency from five times per week, and Guangzhou, China will go from three to four times per week.
