Technology firm Amadeus is inviting travel agents to its Discover Amadeus event series to be held across eight cities in Australia and New Zealand.

The events will showcase future travel trends and updates to its product offering and will arrive in: Gold Coast on September 18; Perth on September 25; Sydney on October 9; Adelaide on October 22; Melbourne on October 24; Auckland on October 30; Wellington on October 31 and Canberra on November 7.

Lindblad Expeditions is offering a $500 cash incentive to all agents who book a twin share cabin onboard a National Geographic Orion 2014 Kimberley Voyage. 

For every booking made before November 30, agents will receive the $500 cash bonus on top of their regular commission,

 

UK-based low cost carrier Easyjet has become the first airline to adopt Amadeus' light ticketing solution, allowing travel agents around the world to book LCCs with the same booking flow as that used for traditional carriers.
