Helloworld is landing in Adelaide this weekend, with the Frontliners Conference bringing some of Australia’s top travel consultants and industry figures to the city for an engaging line-up of events.

In turn, Myanmar Airways International will place its 8M marketing code on Garuda Indonesia’s operations between Jakarta – Bangkok (vv) and Jakarta – Singapore (vv).

Amadeus has announced the appointment of Frédéric Barou as the new vice president of distribution, products and operations at Amadeus Asia Pacific, with his new role focusing on overall product marketing strategy, innovation and personalised business solutions.
Barou has been a member of the Amadeus family since 1999, with a history as vice president for sales and account management with Amadeus North America, where he oversaw client relationships with business travel companies.
China Southern Airlines will welcome the return of its A380 aircraft to Australia this summer, operating its flagship superjumbo on flights from Sydney.
The 506-seat aircraft will fly one of two daily services from Sydney to Guangzhou, boosting China Southern’s capacity over the peak travelling period.

Evergreen Tours has launched its first program of touring in Vietnam and Cambodia, kicking things off with an eight-day Mekong River Cruise on board the luxurious RV Mekong Navigator, with capacity for 68 guests and featuring signature dining, lounges, spas and a library.
The program features a choice of 10 cruising dates between February 2016 and April 2017 that can be linked with regional discoveries of Vietnam and Cambodia.
