Low cost carrier Jetstar will allow customers in Australia to use personal electronic devices on board during all stages of flight.

The airline’s revised procedures were accepted by CASA and the changes took place over the weekend. Customers will now be able to watch TV shows on their tablet, listen to music on their smartphone or put some final touches on important work all the way through flight.

All devices will need to be switched to flight mode once the aircraft doors are closed and customers will need to secure their devices during take-off and landing by holding them or placing them in the seat pocket.

It is now the final weeks to secure clients’ holiday at preview prices for Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Contiki and Busabout 2015 European holidays at 2014 prices.

Insight Vacations, Trafalgar and Contiki are offering your clients Preview Price Guarantees to travel to Europe in 2015 at 2014 prices. They will also refund the difference if any itinerary reduces in price when 2015 brochures are released in September.

The brands are going one step further to offer their guests even more savings with a 10% Early Payment Discount up for grabs for those who book and pay in full by 18 December 2014.

Korea’s Gwangju Biennale 2014 kicks off in Gwangju this September, marking its tenth year in 2014. From 5 September through to 9 November 2014, the event will bring together 105 artists from more than 39 countries and will include 35 new commissions each selected for their relevance to the theme of the Biennale, 'Burning Down the House'.

The five Halls of the Biennale will be treated as related but thematically differentiated exhibitions, each exploring a different aspect of the title of the Biennale.

After a multi-million dollar investment to enhance our internet offering, Regent Seven Seas will offer free internet on-board for guests in Concierge-level suites and higher.

The increased bandwidth across the fleet means beginning with the 2014-2015 Winter Season, select guests will receive up to 500 minutes of free WiFi, or the equivalent data amount.

The number of free internet minutes received will be based on the length of the voyage, and includes one login per suite that may be used on one device at a time.
