The challenge for the industry is… definitely competing with the internet (clients booking direct)

The things I like about my job… I really love partnering with my agents to help them grow and strengthen their travel businesses.

And the frustrations are … I have none at this stage (maybe it’s too early to tell!).

If I didn’t work in travel I would be… in marketing.

Virgin or Qantas? Qantas

My proudest moment was… I’m such a mum – definitely have to say the birth of my children

The naughtiest thing I ever did was… wag school with my best friend.

I try to relax by… spending time with my family

The last time I feared for my life was… when I rolled my car over 20 years ago!!!  Very frightening.

If I can, I always try to avoid… housework of course!!!

I really wish I had… more time

The best advice I’ve ever received was… “build a bridge”

I don’t understand why people… don’t travel!!!

My greatest weakness is… cheese & wine

And my greatest strength is… my friendship

If I was prime minister I would… resign as PM

If I won $1 million on the lottery I would… definitely travel more

If I could be someone else for one day I would be a… reporter on Getaway

I’ve always wanted to travel to… Africa

My favourite holiday was… my recent trip to India
