About the Company
Located on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour a multi faceted venue with an extensive events and conferencing department within this great venue. The catering arm of the business is significant and therefore looking for an experienced Sous Chef with previous leadership experience within a larger kitchen.
About the Job
As Sous Chef you will assist the Executive Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen which will include managing the kitchen brigade, managing work schedules to meet business demands and general operational management of the kitchen.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with 3 to 4 years experience as Sous Chef within a high volume catering / event kitchen. You will be confident and experienced in managing a medium to large sized brigade within a large high volume production kitchen
