Software Sales Executive
Ciirus is a leading cloud based Property Management System to the serviced apartments, Property Management Rights, Holiday parks and holiday rental industry. Featuring an All In One solutions we sell to a variety of customers ranging from small resort owners of 10 rooms up to large scale serviced apartment. As an all in one platform we offer a guest CRM, trust accounting, marketing, distribution system, housekeeping reporting and website design/booking engine to drive direct bookings.
Offering full product, selling and industry training, the Sales Executive’s primary objective is to sell market leading Software as a Service (SaaS) that is dynamic, cutting edge and solving real problems for Australian lodging professionals. This role will be responsible for:
Running and managing full sales cycle, in a high transactional sales environment. Prospecting new customers, making outbound calls to generate new opportunities for close.
Working toward achieving weekly and monthly revenue sales quotas to help drive the uptake of Ciirus products and ultimately drive a winning culture.
Understand and execute sales processes ensuring the highest level of standards are adhered to.
Educate and consult the lodging industry on solutions that will help grow their business.
Utilize salesforce (CRM) to manage sales funnel, activities and customer interactions
Tertiary education and or 1-2 years sales experience.
Impeccable communicator, strong ability to interact with potential customers, in particular over the telephone.
Thick skin, extremely confident and ability to take rejection and fuel that for success.
High enthusiasm for new technology and how it can solve real life problems.
