Whether Custom itineraries or package holidays, your clients will be in good hands whether they want to travel by car, rail, coach or air.
About the Role
The role is to lead a team of specialised sales consultants. Ensuring that a high level of customer service is adhered to whilst increasing sales.
Working closely with the Reservations Manager, you’ll manage sales processes, handle any unforeseen client issues and promote awareness of the products via travel trade channels whilst maintaining a positive work environment.
Skills and Experience required
- 1 – 2 years of reservations supervision / management.
- Reservations consulting
- Custom itinerary creation
- Marketing / social media experience
- Receipting of payments
- Destination knowledge of Western Europe is essential
