About the Company
Our Client is a leading Consolidator located in the CBD. They are a company that offers stability as well as ample career development across a number of areas of the business.
About the Role
In this role you will be supporting retail travel agents and direct customers with fare and ticketing enquiries. This is a busy role working as part of a larger team.
Skills and Experience Required
You MUST have reservations and ticketing experience and good fares knowledge as well as an ability to interpret fare rules.
Knowledge of Round Worlds, Published Fares, Netts and refunds is ideal.
You must also have a strong eye for detail and be a strong communicator over the phone and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
The role offers variety and the opportunity to learn. Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Salary will be in line of experience and in the range of $45-$50k+super.
To be considered for this role you must have Australian permanent residency plus have worked in a similar role in the past 2 years.
