Event Coordinator

Our client is a well respected events agency based in Sydney. They are currently seeking a new Event Coordinator to initially work in the agency learning the pharmaceutical side of the business with a view to be later implanted with a   Pharmaceutical client based in North Ryde.

You will be there to support the Events team for both new and existing clients. You be involved in managing all logistics for the programs which could be held anywhere in Australia and you’ll be part of a highly experienced events team that you’ll learn a lot from to grow your career in agency based events.

You will require the ability to:

  • Manage delegate registrations including travel management
  • Talk to suppliers
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external clients
  • Manage event logistics
  • Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Use the EventsPro / Air software or similar event software

Ideally you with have 18 months to 2 years experience in an event agency environment.
