As Content Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for a team of 9 staff as well as ensuring that internal systems are up to date with allotments, inventory and air fares.
You will require superior communication skills as your department is often the hub of activity and you will be liaising with all other departments to provide insight on business activity.
Skills and experience required to succeed in this role are:
- Small team management – up to 10 staff
- Strong knowledge of fares and ticketing
- Strong analytical and reporting experience
- Experience managing allotment
- Work flow management
- Management of team budgets
Ideally you will come from a wholesale travel background with a desire to work as part of a highly motivated team. Knowledge of managing allotments and inventory as well as a solid understanding of fares in the travel space is mandatory to be successful in this role.
