About the Company
An award winning global organisation with a very established meeting and events arm to their business. Managing meeting and events for their corporate clients both domestically and Internationally.
About the Role
As Meeting and Events BDM / Sales Manager you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts whilst developing and implementing strategies to source new business into the business. You will be comfortable in researching businesses needs and pitching for their business. This is a strategic position where you will be confident in utilising your network to ensure targeted growth is achieved, Travel may be required from time to time.
You will responsible for the overall development of annual sales strategies inline with the company’s overall business strategies.
Skills and Experience
We are ideally looking for an experienced professional with at least 6 years experience with sales and marketing expertise within the events industry. With strong understanding of the MICE industry and a solid understanding of event design and concept development.
Knowledge using Cvent will be highly regarded along with experience people management.
