Wollongong will host the Tourism Industry Council NSW conference this year.

The annual event will take place on September 1 and 2 across a number of local venues.

Some 250 tourism representatives are expected to attend.

“Wollongong is going through one of the most exciting transformations in its history,” Tourism Wollongong general manager Greg Binskin said, “so this is the ideal time to show the rest of the industry where we’re at and the innovations within our region.”
