Creative Holidays advises on Bali alternatives

Creative Holidays will contact its Air Paradise International passengers in Bali to provide them with contacts on the Indonesian island for alternative arrangements following the suspension of the carrier’s flights.

Passengers already in Bali with Air Paradise coupons issued on or before November 23 may return without penalty to Australia on Qantas or Australian Airlines flights at no charge.

For all ticketed passengers yet to depart Australia, Air Paradise tickets are non-refundable via Creative Holidays or Air Paradise International, although Qantas/Australian will offer a special discounted airfare for any Air Paradise ticketed passenger choosing to rebook flights to Bali.

Creative also advises agents that any passenger wishing to transfer to another Creative Holidays destination that only the land value of Bali bookings will be transferred. Amendment fees will be waived.

Passengers who do not wish to travel to Bali need to contact Creative Holidays reservations to cancel any land arrangements booked.

Cancellations fees will still apply.

For all Air Paradise passengers not ticketed, clients are advised to contact Creative Holidays reservations for alternative air and land arrangements.
