Intrepid Group has released a new trade portal, making it easier for agents to book clients on to Intrepid Travel and Peregrine Adventures, and manage bookings throughout the customer journey.

Intrepid’s customer experience team worked extensively on agent research for their feedback and opinions, which influenced the portal. Agents can create their own account in under a minute with new features including Live Chat, a booking progress bar and clear visibility of when payment is due and when they need to finalise passenger details.
