Taking on the TTC Great Escape

Taking on the TTC Great Escape

Yesterday we introduced you to the TTC Great Escape and why it will be bigger and better in 2017.

Now it is time to get serious. As serious as The Travel Corporation (TTC) Australia CEO, John Veitch is channelling Steve McQueen. Because you do not want to miss out on the incentive to end all incentives.

Travel Weekly goes to TTC HQ to find out just how you can make your Great Escape a success, what tools you will need to do so and who you should be teaming up with.

Who can compete for the Great Escape?

Any agent in Australia can be in with a chance of winning simply by booking a client on a trip with Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Contiki, Uniworld, Adventure World or AAT Kings between 15th September-15th December. Then go to www.ttcgreatescape.com.au to register.

Why would you want to be involved in the Great Escape?

This is our chance at TTC to give something amazing back to our loyal agent partners who spend their days booking dream holidays for their clients-well now it is there turn to experience one for themselves! We have delved into our brochures and selected some of the best destinations from our portfolio of brands, so whether you want to live the high life on a luxury river cruise through France or experience the thrill of wildlife spotting in South Africa, our Great Escapes really show off the breadth of what TTC offer.

What makes it any different to other famils offered?

Quite simply it’s the choice on offer! For the first time we are taking the Great Escape global and covering six countries over three continents and giving agents the chance to rank their Escape destination according to their personal preferences. Before each Escape departs there is the chance for everyone to gather in Sydney with AAT Kings to kick start the adventure on Australian soil.

How can I get an edge on my competitors?

Each booking on one of the six brands secures an entry into the draw so simply make more bookings to increase your chances of being selected-it’s that straightforward. We also have three wildcard draws from our pool of registrations so make sure you look out for those being announced.

Top tips to get going on the Great Escape.

Take a look through our brochures and really get to know our brands and what they offer. Between them we really do have the world covered so there is something for every client. Make sure you check out our deals, Early Payment Discounts, fly free and other air specials plus all other tactical deals to help you maximise your sales.

So will you be making your Great Escape in 2017? Let the planning begin.
