SA Tourism hosts foodie extravaganza

South Australia has promoted its fierce food and wine credentials with a dinner held for stakeholders at Olio, in Sydney’s Chippendale.

The five course feast included local South Australian produce, such as Limestone Coast Persian Fetta, Woodside Anthill and Willabrand figs as well as SA Goolwa cockles and Mayuru Station full blood wagyu beef.

Alongside the food there was a variety of wines sourced from the region.
