Reservation System quick as ‘ESPRESSO’

Quick and fast like the sip of an espresso, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd has released its ESPRESSO reservation system.

For travel agent partners selling Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises & Azamara Club Cruises, the new and advanced reservation system is now available.

ESPRESSO will use the latest technology to make business easier, with the intention for travel agents to sell more cruises and expand their businesses.

Sales staff from Royal Caribbean have been training travel agent partners across Australia and NZ to prepare for the transition.

The new ESPRESSO reservation system will be powered by CruisingPower.com, replacing CruiseMatch, however agents will be able to choose between the two during initial transitions. Access to CruiseMatch will be discontinued on 30 June 2015.

The newest system, functioning on tablets as well as computers, will reduce the number of steps required to make a reservation. ESPRESSO will also feature a side-by-side comparison view of selected itineraries, and will offer best available prices and applicable promotional offers.
