The challenge for the industry is…

What I find challenging are world events and how unpreditcable they are, our world is constantly changing but we still need to travel and discover. We cannot forget there is still a very large amazing world out there for us to see and experience.

The passion and committment of all the wonderful people that work in our industry will ensure we keep the passion and motivation alive to inspire others to keep travelling. We will never give up !

The things I like about my job…

I love making peoples dream holiday experiences come true and getting to hear all about their experience on their return back home. Uniworld has plenty of these warm and wonderful experiences to share.

For many, a European River cruise is a trip in a lifetime and when I hear that the passengers felt like family and were treated like royalty it is a delight to feel their happiness.

When you are told this is a holiday I will never ever forget as it was so special is what a Uniworld experience is all about. Making memories that last forever.

Favourite airline?

I prefer to travel on a full service airline as I feel a holiday experience includes your flight to get to your destinastion ( in most cases ) and to be able to sit back relax, watch inflight entertainment, enjoy a meal and few glasses of red creates a great beginning to a beautiful journey ahead.

I would make sure my two children had their own homes paid off and then they could travel the world and follow in my footsteps.

I would not want to be Prime Minister, I think I would bankrupt the country very quickly with my spending !

My favourite holiday was…

Every holiday is special, however my cruise around the British Isles was a very different and beautiful way to see the UK. I was lucky to also travel to some very isolated ports in Scotland and Ireland.
