Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania Releases 2019 Family Hawai‘i Guide

Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania has released the 2019 Family Hawai‘i Guide, to assist families planning holidays to The Hawaiian Islands.

A popular destination for family travel, recent market research by Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania shows that on average 44 per cent  of Australian visitors to the Hawaiian Islands are family groups.

With easy accessibility, natural beauty and activities to suit all ages, the Hawaiian Islands are a destination front of mind for families in the Oceania region.Giselle Radulovic, Country Manager Australia for Hawai‘i Tourism Oceania said the tourism board had seen a growing trend for multi-generational family travel.

“In recent market research, we have seen a consistent trend for multi-generational family travel. We believe this is because the Hawaiian Islands appeal to all ages, offering many different experiences for the entire family,” Radulovic said.

Providing families with accommodation options, activities, experiences and advice for their next holiday, the 2019 Family Hawai‘i Guide is a handy resource to ensure a seamless family vacation.

The guide is available for free download and provides a general overview, map and information on the four main Hawaiian Islands, O‘ahu, Maui, Kaua‘i and the Island of Hawai‘i.
