Germany scores with Adina expansion  

Two new properties in Germany has been acquired by Toga Far East Hotels (TFE Hotels) signifying the group’s fast paced European expansion.

The properties marks the group’s second for Hamburg with the Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Heights, and a first for the growing leisure tourism district of Leipzig also known as “Hypezig” 150km from Berlin, which will receive the Adina Apartment Hotel Leipzig. Both are slated for a 2017 opening.

According to the group, the extension of TFE Hotels throughout Europe is “testament” to it growing its footprint globally.

On completion of the latest hotels, Europe will boast 11 properties from the brand’s portfolio, with Germany hosting seven properties and 1,600 rooms.

Globally, TFE Hotels represent 10,000 apartments and hotel rooms, which vary in price, location and design to meet a range of different accommodation to suit a variety of guests.

In addition, several hotels are in the pipeline including the Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt and Adina Apartment Hotel Nuremburg both arriving in 2016.

TFE Hotels continues its expansion across Australia, with Vibe Canberra Airport opening in 2015, Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane, George Street and Travelodge Sydney Airport planned for 2016 and Adina Apartment Hotel Royal Randwick Racecourse and Vibe Hotel North Sydney, Northpoint due to open 2017.
