Fiji resort gets huge boost in interest, thanks to the Bachelor in Paradise

Having withdrawals after the Bachelor in Paradise finale earlier this week?

Why not check out the resort where it was filmed?

At least, that’s what most of us are doing, according to online data provider, SEMrush.

After crunching the numbers, they found that pages related to the search for ‘Warwick Fiji’, the resort where all the batchie magic happened, increased by 91 per cent from February to April.

Apparently, Australia is desperate to check out the destination where they watched their fave contestants get dramatic and *ahem* intimate.

According to SEMrush, the Bachelor in Paradise TV show was responsible for significantly increasing the public’s interest in the resort, which enabled more related pages to appear online – which is important for the travel brand.

The other effect was that the pricing on online advertising was impacted and the CPC (cost per click) for ‘Warwick Fiji’ and ‘Warwick’ searches increased by 21 per cent from January to March.

Who knew that appearing in an incredibly popular TV show would be good for advertising?

Set on 28 acres of lush and perfectly manicured gardens, the Warwick Fiji Resort is located in the heart of the Coral Coast region of mainland Viti Levu, an ideal location to explore and experience more of Fiji than just the Resort itself.

Honestly, though, you had us at ‘the Bachelor in Paradise’.

Please excuse us while we prepare to act out the final engagement scene with the office dog for the rest of the day.
