Excite Holiday’s sales team wraps up huge year in Athens

It’s been a big year for Excite Holidays.

Not only did they take out our coveted Wholesaler of the Year award at the Australian Travel Awards AND the Employer of Choice award at the NSW Business Chamber State Awards, but they were also honoured at the annual Chairman’s Circle Honours Awards in Denver Colorado!

Their global sales team from Australia, New Zealand, the UK, the US and Canada have wrapped up their blockbuster year at the annual global sales conference in Athens, Greece.

Coming together for a week’s worth of workshops and meetings, the team reviewed their huge year before looking ahead to strategies for 2019.

The team also had an opportunity to see some of the new system features and new product lines that will be introduced throughout 2019.

The sales team was also bolstered with a new hire to service Greek travel agents from early 2019, adding Greece to an ever-expanding list of global markets serviced by the wholesaler.

“The conference was a great opportunity for the team to spend time with their colleagues in Athens who man our 24/7 global agent support, our product contracting managers and content specialists,” Andrew Yell, General Manager of Global Sales, Product Contracting and Operations said.

“A time to exchange ideas and best practice as a global agents-only wholesaler”
